Sangha Guides:

David Dinner - It can be difficult, especially as we age, to bring ideas and obstacles to another individual. I can assist you to jump that hurdle by creating a safe, open space for discussion with a mind toward making your later years the richest and most fulfilling of your life. Contact David HERE.

Ed Sancious - My part in this Sangha is to focus on sharing awareness, insights, grace and joy through poetry, imaging, and Zen. I hope to impart the reality that with attention and intention life becomes fully alive when we inhabit what we encounter. As a Sangha member, I’m here to learn and share together about connection and relationships. Relationships that tell others “What takes form within you will be felt outside of yourself”. Contact Ed HERE.

Judy Penski - In the Sangha, I am the voice that speaks of the body, the breath, and mindful awareness. Through the contemplative tools of meditation and breath connected yoga movement, I learn more and more about equanimity and balance. These practices teach me to become the Elder I aspire to be. It is my joy to share these practices with you. Contact Judy HERE.

Derrill Finch - In the Sangha, I speak spiritual passages and prayers. Offerings of timeless wisdom from some of the world’s great sages, authors, and saints to support and inform our journey. My practice of Passage Meditation has been integral to my spiritual growth and is my primary contribution to the Sangha. I invite conversation with others on the topic of passage meditation, or any other subject along the path to becoming an elder. Contact Derrill HERE.

Marc Cooper -If your intention to become an elder is not only self-understanding, higher consciousness, and the ability to create a future to age into but also the intention to effectively impact relationships, groups, organizations, or even political parties through your eldership, Marc can help you get there. Contact Marc HERE.

Mark Silberg -I bring a willingness to venture into unknown territory-to take risks- and do so with curiosity and most importantly with humility and irreverent humor.

I began my journey as a spiritual seeker over four decades ago. The path has taken me to this place-here and now-to be an elder. As I approach the sunset of my life, I am intrigued to explore the many facets of death. I am embracing the notion that death is not the existential end-not the dreaded boogie man- rather, the “yellow brick road” to return home.

I work with elders who want to engage and explore the possibilities that death can provide. There are insights to be gained, to live a richer and more fulfilling life, by actively planning for death and chronicling the stories and legacies that we choose to leave behind. Contact Mark HERE.

Kathy Smith - Within the Sangha I am the Guide that represents accessing core knowledge through artistic expression. Heartfelt, authentic expressions not relying on formal artistic training but rather being in touch with and expressing experiences, challenges, intentions and accomplishments. I offer support and engagement with achieving a resonance of intent and outcome. I look forward to sharing and growing through meaningful exchanges. Contact Kathy HERE
